引入国际专业机构参与物业管理人才培养,是应对高端物业管理人才需求的有效手段。本文剖析国际专业机构参与物业人才培养的三种方式:课程认证、资格认证和继续教育,明确其在多方协同共育人才、动态跟踪人才质量、执业资格国际互认方面的作用。基于此,探索物业专业在引入国际专业机构后,与政府、高校、企业一起应当发挥的作用。
The introduction of international professional institutions to participate in property management personnel training is an effective means of coping with the demand of high-end property management talents. This article analyzes three ways that international professional organizations can participate in the training of property professionals: curriculum certification, accreditation and continuing education, and clarifies their role in multi-factor cooperation and co-education, dynamic tracking of qualified personnel and international mutual recognition of practicing qualifications. Based on this, we should explore the role that the property profession should play in conjunction with the government, universities and enterprises after it is introduced into the international professional institutions.
