企业和谐是社会和谐的基础,而企业工会又于其中扮演着极其重要的作用,是构建和谐劳动关系过程中必不可少的一环。作为广大员工利益代表的企业工会,同时又在企业改革,维持稳定等方面意义重大,充分加以运用工会的职能,对于推进企业发展的帮助巨大。本文通过对我国企业工会的职能与现状进行梳理,试图对企业工会的作用加以综合分析。
Corporate harmony is the foundation of social harmony, and the corporate union plays an extremely important role in it and is an indispensable part of the process of building harmonious labor relations. The trade unions, as the representatives of the broad masses of employees, are also of great significance in terms of enterprise reform and maintaining stability. The full use of the functions of trade unions is of great help in promoting the development of the enterprises. This paper tries to sort out the functions and current situation of the trade unions in our country and attempts to make a comprehensive analysis on the role of trade unions in the country.
