真正好的教师是诞生于教室里的,而不是在办公室里。我们的课堂,尤其是语言课堂,应该是能够不断流动的活水,在“水”的滋养下,教师和学生都能汲取养分,健康成长。我们一方面是要对每节课做充分的备课,进行很好的预设,可是我们更要利用好课堂上的生成资源,如一次精彩的即兴发言,一个异于常规的举动,甚至一次看似干扰教学秩序的突发事件,只要我们注意挖掘,都有可能成为开启学生智慧之门的钥匙。一、现状及原因探究
