最近,广西华商科技开发有限公司经过多年的研究,将广西的特产番木瓜制成多种风味食品、饮料和蛋白酶,推向市场。 番木瓜属纯天然绿色水果,含有苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸等人体所需的多种营养成分。番木瓜的天然乳汁中含多种蛋白酶成份,其中含量较高的有木瓜蛋白酶、木瓜凝乳蛋白酶、溶菌酶等。
