2008年7月23日,江苏省科技厅召开了科技惠民工程启动工作会议,围绕百姓关心的热点民生问题,动员和组织全省科技力量,使科技成果更多地惠及全省人民。9月2日,江苏省科技厅副厅长夏冰以及相关处室负责人蔡永兵、郦雅芳、朱近忠等走进“中国江苏”在线访谈直播室,就如何充分发挥科技创新的引领和支撑作用,推动全省经济社会与人口资源环境全面协调可持续发展,建设美好江苏,以及江苏省实施科技惠民工程的有关问题进行了解读。本刊在此选编了此次访谈的部分内容,希望给读者以启示。访谈内容由江苏省科技情报研究所网络与宣传中心林巧宁同志整理。
