针对依然严峻的煤炭业安全形势,基于国内外关于安全投入的分类研究,给出了煤炭生产企业安全投入的指标体系和细分要素。为优化安全投入,抑制安全事故损失,构建了煤炭生产企业安全投入指标的综合重要度模型。最后给出了具体运用的实例,诊断了某煤炭生产企业安全投入各指标的综合重要度,为该煤炭生产企业未来安全投入的合理分配提供了可鉴依据。
In view of the still grim security situation in the coal industry, based on the classification research on safety inputs at home and abroad, the index system and the subdivision elements of the safety investment in coal production enterprises are given. In order to optimize the safety investment and restrain the loss of safety accident, a comprehensive importance model of safety input index of coal production enterprises was constructed. Finally, a concrete example is given to diagnose the comprehensive importance of each index of safety investment of a coal producer, which provides a reference for the rational allocation of the future safety investment of the coal producer.
