由中国建筑科学研究院工程抗震研究所、同济大学结构理论研究所与山东省建筑科学研究所等九个单位共同编制的《多层砖房用外加钢筋混凝土柱加固的抗震设计与施工建议》,已于1983年11月通过鉴定.鉴于外加钢筋混凝土柱、钢拉杆与圈梁加固体系,是当前我国多层砖房抗震加固工程中广泛采用的一种加固措施,本刊将连续刊出这本“建议”的条文和例题,以供各地在抗震加固工程中参考使用.

In view of the reinforced concrete column, steel tie rod and ring beam reinforcement system, it is a reinforcement measure widely used in the aseismic reinforcement of multi-storey brick houses in China. This publication will be published continuously. “Recommendations” clauses and examples are provided for reference throughout the seismic strengthening project.
