金樱子果实是一种野生小果,富含多种营养成分。经高效液相色谱仪分离测定,含有16种蛋白质氨基酸(Asp、Thr、Ser、Glu、Pro、Gly、Ala、Val、Met、Ile、Leu、Tyr、Phe、His、Lys、Arg),其中7种为人体必需氨基酸。Vc总量高达700~900mg/100g,其中还原型Vc占90%以上,是一种稳定性好、生理效价高的优质Vc资源。利用金樱子果实制取果汁或其他食品,其风味、色泽和营养均优,可作为高营养饮料和天然Vc强化剂。
