目的:研究神经上皮肿瘤的端粒酶活性及其RNA的表达,为临床诊断和治疗开拓新思路。方法:用改良TRAP法及RT-PCR分别检测65例神经上皮肿瘤的端粒酶活性及其RNA表达。结果:神经上皮肿瘤中端粒酶阳性率为61.54%,随肿瘤恶性度增加而升高,高级别者明显高于低级别者;端粒酶RNA阳性率在各级神经上皮肿瘤之间及其和正常脑组织之间无显著差别。结论:端粒酶活性和神经上皮肿瘤恶性程度有关,端粒酶检测有助于神经上皮肿瘤的诊断,并可能将其作为治疗靶点;端粒酶RNA广泛存在于正常脑组织和各级神经上皮肿瘤中。
Objective: To study the telomerase activity and RNA expression of neuroepithelial neoplasm, and to explore new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The telomerase activity and RNA expression in 65 cases of neuroepithelial neoplasia were detected by modified TRAP and RT-PCR respectively. Results: The positive rate of telomerase in neuroepithelial neoplasia was 61.54%, which increased with the malignant degree of the tumor. The positive rate of telomerase RNA was significantly higher in all neuroepithelial neoplasms And no significant difference between normal brain tissue. Conclusion: The telomerase activity is related to the malignant degree of neuroepithelial neoplasia. Telomerase activity may be helpful to the diagnosis of neuroepithelial neoplasia and may be used as a therapeutic target.
