一、认识问题。河北省委书记张云川有一句名言,解放思想是总闸门。这句话对河北的整体情况针对性很强,是至理名言。对正定旅游而言,对正定文化产业的发展而言,也同样是一针见血,切中要害。正定的历史文化资源是一流的,大抵社会各界没有什么异议。比之于山西平遥,可以毫不夸张地说,无论其历史文化价值,还是资源丰厚程度,都毫不逊色。正定文化旅游业的开发开放起步早于人家十几年,曾经是全国的典型。但目前无论发展和保护的水平,还是品牌的社会价值和市场价值,我们的差距是显而易见的。
