一、前言吉林石化公司是国有大型综合石油化工生产企业,下设20多个分厂,拥有60余套主要生产装置,115种主要产品。吉林石化公司工厂分布广,装置和产品数量多,计量仪表点多面广,位置分散于工厂内外不同区域,客观上存在管理难度大、仪表状态监控不及时、人为因素风险难以防范等诸多实际问题,计量管理工作量大,困难多,伴随较高的管理风险。为不断改进和创新计量管理方式,提升企业计量
I. Introduction Jilin Petrochemical Company is a state-owned large-scale integrated petrochemical production enterprise. It has more than 20 branch factories and more than 60 sets of major production facilities and 115 main products.
