针对长输管道漏磁内检测数据,基于图像可视化方法对管道管壁缺陷特征检测的问题进行可视化图像显示。将数据直接转化成屏幕上的点,生成一系列的漏磁曲线图形;将检测到的数据经过处理转换成对应的灰度值,由灰度值生成灰度图像;利用插值、滤波等图像增强手段进行图像处理,得到清晰的灰度图像,该灰度图像显示出管壁的缺陷;生成的灰度图像经过密度分割法转换成伪彩色图像,使管道缺陷视觉效果明显。实验表明,管道内部的缺陷特征信息通过曲线图形、灰度图像、伪彩色图像能够直观、形象地显示,提高数据分析的质量与效率。
According to the testing data of magnetic flux leakage in long-distance pipeline, a visual image is displayed based on the method of image visualization to detect the characteristic of pipeline wall defects. The data is directly converted into on-screen points to generate a series of leakage flux curve graphics; the detected data is converted into the corresponding gray value, the gray value generated by the grayscale image; using interpolation, filtering and other image enhancement The image is processed by the means of image processing, a clear grayscale image is obtained, which shows the defects of the tube wall; the generated grayscale image is converted into a false color image by the density division method to make the visual effect of the pipeline defect obvious. Experiments show that the characteristic information of defects inside the pipeline can be directly and vividly displayed through curve graphics, grayscale images and pseudo-color images, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of data analysis.
