中央广播电视大学“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”(以下简称“开放教育”),是教育部为实施《面向21世纪振兴教育行动计划》而启动的一个科研项目。该项目旨在探索适应和知识经济,信息时代要求的新的人才培养模式。它以构建终身教育体系,形成学习化社会为目标,以计算机网络为基础,以多种媒体及技术支持为手段,坚持以学生和学习为中心来培养人才,开发人才。
The pilot project of “Talents Cultivation Model Reform and Open Education” (hereinafter referred to as “Open Education”) of the Central Radio and Television University is a research project initiated by the Ministry of Education to implement the “Action Plan for Rejuvenation Education in the 21st Century.” The project aims to explore a new model of personnel training that meets the requirements of the knowledge economy and the information age. It is to build lifelong education system, the formation of a learning society as the goal, based on the computer network to a variety of media and technical support as a means to adhere to the students and learning as the center to train personnel and develop personnel.
