微小RNA-140是参与脊椎动物胚胎颌面部发育的分子之一,具有重要的生物学功能。本文比较了微小RNA-140在成熟和靶标识别方面相对于其他微小RNA的异同,并进一步就微小RNA-140对颌面部发育的调控作用作一综述。
MicroRNA-140 is involved in vertebrate embryo maxillofacial development of one of the molecules, has important biological functions. This article compares the similarities and differences of microRNA-140 relative to other microRNAs in terms of maturation and target recognition, and reviews the regulatory role of microRNA-140 on maxillofacial development.
