长寿高炉技术是降低炼铁成本 ,提高钢铁企业经济效益的重要手段。在对高炉炉衬破损原因分析的基础上 ,提出了高炉 15年寿命的主要技术指标及设计方案评价系统 ,应用该系统进行了计算机仿真 ,仿真结果表明系统的可行性
Longevity blast furnace technology is to reduce ironmaking costs and improve the economic efficiency of the iron and steel enterprises an important means. Based on the analysis of the reason of the lining damage of blast furnace, the main technical indexes and design evaluation system of the blast furnace for 15 years life are put forward. Computer simulation is carried out by the system. The simulation results show that the system is feasible
