目前,桩筏基础在工程中得到了越来越广泛的应用。桩筏共同作用理论包括以下三方面的内容:群桩计算理论、筏板计算理论以及土体承载能力的计入。其中,群桩计算理论是最重要也是最关键的部分,在群桩计算理论的基础上,采用适当的方法计入土体和筏板的作用,就可以建立起桩筏共同作用理论。本文通过工程实例,介绍了高层建筑主裙楼采用平板式筏板和梁式筏板相结合基础型式的桩筏基础的沉降和筏板中的应力等分布情况,仅供参考。
At present, piled raft foundation has been more and more widely used in engineering. The theory of piled raft interaction includes the following three aspects: pile group calculation theory, raft calculation theory and calculation of soil bearing capacity. Among them, the group pile calculation theory is the most important and most critical part. Based on the group pile calculation theory, by using the appropriate method to count the role of soil and raft, the theory of piled raft interaction can be established. In this paper, the settlement of piled raft foundations and the stress distribution in the raft by using the combination of flat raft and beam raft are introduced in the main podium of high-rise building through the engineering examples, for reference only.
