本文对４例外周性造釉细胞瘤（ＰＡ）及１０例口腔基底细胞癌（ＢＣＣ）进行了临床病理分析及文献复习，发现两病的临床生物学行为及组织病理表现有很大相似性，因而提出ＰＡ与口腔ＢＣＣ是有相同生物学性质的病损。
In this paper, 4 cases of peripheral ameloblastoma (PA) and 10 cases of oral basal cell carcinoma (BCC) were analyzed by clinicopathological and literature review and found that the clinical and biological behavior of the two diseases and histopathological findings are very similar, and therefore proposed PA and oral BCC are lesions of the same biological properties.
