提高预算透明度,是保障公众知情权,建立透明、廉洁政府的内在要求。本文通过分析当前预算透明度的现状及存在的问题,在借鉴国际经验的基础上,结合本国实际,给出了提高预算透明度的具体路径。
Improving budget transparency is an inherent requirement of protecting the public’s right to know and establishing a transparent and clean government. Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of the current budget transparency, this paper gives some concrete ways to improve the transparency of the budget based on the international experience and the actual conditions in our country.
