【目的】为学术性期刊应用个性化服务平台提供可以借鉴的实践经验。【方法】以《指挥控制与仿真》为案例,介绍学术性期刊个性化服务机制及平台的构建、开发经验及应用效果。【结果】与传统的被动服务获取方式相比,学术性期刊个性化服务平台能够为作者提供主动式个性化服务信息的自动推送,提升了作者的服务满意度与编辑的信息服务效率。【结论】学术性期刊个性化服务平台能够有效提升编辑部的工作效率,提升编辑部的服务水平与质量,在作者群中营造良好的服务口碑。
【Objective】 To provide practical experience for academic journals applying personalized service platform. 【Method】 Taking “Command Control and Simulation” as a case, this paper introduces the personalized service mechanism of academic journals and the platform construction, development experience and application effects. [Results] Compared with the traditional way of obtaining passive services, academic journal personalized service platform can provide the author with the automatic push of active personalized service information, which improves the author’s service satisfaction and editorial information service efficiency. 【Conclusion】 Academic journals personalized service platform can effectively improve the efficiency of the editorial department, improve the service level and quality of editorial department, and create a good service reputation in the author group.
