病人,女,37岁。因体检发现腹腔肿物1周入院。体格检查:生命体征平稳,意识清楚,腹部平坦,未触及包块,全腹无压痛,无反跳痛及肌紧张。专科检查未见异常。肿瘤标志物:神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)21.25 ng/ml。肾上腺素32.5 ng/L,去甲肾上腺素466 ng/L。纤维结肠镜检查未见异常。腹部CT平扫+增强(轴位及冠状位)检查提示胰头后方、下腔静脉左侧可见肿块影,边缘
Patient, female, 37 years old. The abdominal mass was admitted to the hospital one week after physical examination. Physical examination: The vital signs were stable, the consciousness was clear, the abdomen was flat, no mass was touched, there was no tenderness in the entire abdomen, no rebound tenderness and muscle tension. There was no abnormality in specialist examinations. Tumor marker: Neuron specific enolase (NSE) 21.25 ng/ml. Adrenaline 32.5 ng/L, norepinephrine 466 ng/L. There was no abnormality in colonoscopy. Abdominal CT plain scan + enhancement (axial and coronal) examination revealed a lump shadow on the left side of the pancreatic head and the left side of the inferior vena cava.
