公路上存在大量安全风险,对公路安全运行造成了极大威胁,而信息采集方式的落后限制了公路安全管理水平的提高。公路安全风险信息采集与管理系统的开发,是基于智能手机操作系统平台,集成卫星定位技术、基站定位技术、数据存贮和传输等技术,实现采集系统前端和后台数据库的连接,完成公路安全风险数据采集、上传和管理功能,实现了公路安全评价过程中数据信息的快速录入、精确定位、有效管理和不同层级应用者的资源共享,提升了公路安全管理的信息化、智能化水平。
