目的探讨药品库位编码在西药房药品管理及处方调配方面所产生的作用。方法采用回顾性分析和问卷调查形式,对2014年1月至2016年12月西药房应用药品库位编码管理前后药师熟悉药房时间、处方调配工作效率、窗口服务质量及药品盘存时间等数据,应用Excel表进行统计分析。结果应用药品库位编码管理后,药师熟悉药房时间缩短了64.7%,处方调配工作效率增加了91.9%,窗口服务质量平均满意度为90.0分,药品盘存时间缩短55.0%。结论药品库位编码管理模式便捷、高效,实行药品库位编码后既减轻了药师工作压力,也方便了患者,窗口服务质量明显提高。
Objective To explore the role of drug location coding in drug administration and prescription deployment in western pharmacy. Methods Using retrospective analysis and questionnaire form, the data of pharmacy time, prescription allocation efficiency, window service quality and drug inventory time before and after applying drug location code management in western pharmacy from January 2014 to December 2016 were applied. Excel table for statistical analysis. Results After the application of drug location code management, the pharmacists’ familiarity with pharmacy was shortened by 64.7%, the efficiency of prescription deployment was increased by 91.9%, the average satisfaction of window service was 90.0 points, and the inventory time of medicines was shortened by 55.0%. Conclusion The management mode of drug location coding is convenient and efficient. The implementation of drug location coding not only reduces the work pressure of pharmacists, but also facilitates the patients. The service quality of windows is obviously improved.
