1 病例介绍患者 女 ,15岁。因间断性下腹痛 1年 ,急性突发性下腹部疼痛 5天 ,在当地医院 B超检查发现阴道上端积血 ,诊断为处女膜闭锁。在局麻下行处女膜切开术 ,切开时发现手术困难 ,改为穿刺抽出积血后行纵行深 1cm的引流孔引流出积血10 0 0 ml;2 5天后再次出现下腹部疼痛
1 case description Female patient, 15 years old. 1 year due to intermittent lower abdominal pain, acute sudden lower abdominal pain for 5 days, at the local hospital B-ultrasound found vaginal hemorrhage, the diagnosis of hymen atresia.
