建立了一种食品中去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺的液相色谱定量分析及液相色谱-质谱/质谱确证方法。采用XBridge?C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温30℃,流动相为v(磷酸盐缓冲液):v(乙腈)=98:2,流速0.4 m L/min,荧光检测器检测,激发波长为286 nm,发射波长为318 nm。结果表明,去甲肾上腺素在(0.02~50)μg/m L,多巴胺在(0.05~50)μg/m L内,其峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系(0.9999和0.9996),并采用超高效液相-质谱/质谱在复杂基质情况下辅助定性。该方法的检出限为去甲肾上腺素1.0 ng/m L,多巴胺2.0 ng/m L。该方法快速简便、灵敏度高、选择性好,测定结果令人满意。可将该方法应用到食品中去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺的测定中。
A quantitative method for the determination of norepinephrine and dopamine in food by liquid chromatography-liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry / mass spectrometry was established. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the mobile phase was v (phosphate buffer): v (acetonitrile) = 98: 2 at a flow rate of 0.4 mL / min using a XBridge C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, Detector, the excitation wavelength of 286 nm, the emission wavelength of 318 nm. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the peak area and mass concentration of norepinephrine in the range of (0.02 ~ 50) μg / m L and dopamine (0.05 ~ 50) μg / m L Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography / Mass Spectrometry Assisted Qualification in Complex Substrates. The detection limit of this method is norepinephrine 1.0 ng / m L, dopamine 2.0 ng / m L. The method is rapid, simple, sensitive, selective and has satisfactory results. This method can be applied to the determination of norepinephrine and dopamine in foods.
