《道德经》是中国古代一部重要的哲学巨作,武术套路教练员在现代竞技武术领域中扮演着十分重要的角色,提高教练员素质已成为世界各国提高竞技体育科学化训练水平的主要途径。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过借鉴《道德经》的教育和管理思想,阐述从中得到的提高武术套路教练员专业素质的一些启示,从而促进我国武术事业的发展,同时也为我国体育教练员专业素质的培养提供启迪和参考。
“Moral classics” is an important philosophical masterpiece in ancient China. Wushu routine coaches play an important role in the field of modern competitive martial arts. Improving the quality of coaches has become the main way for all countries in the world to improve their scientific training level. . By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this article expounds the enlightenment from which to improve the professional qualities of Wushu routine coaches through drawing lessons from the moral and moral education and management thoughts so as to promote the development of martial arts career in our country. It provides enlightenment and reference for the cultivation of the professional quality of Chinese sports coaches.
