针对900 t级运架一体机在使用过程中出现的空载前行时部分驱动轮组打滑,空载停车后部分驱动轮组出现反转,重载前行时部分驱动轮组不转动(与地面产生滑动摩擦,致轮胎损坏严重)等故障,结合整机机械结构与液压系统原理图分析故障原因。对液压缓冲系统进行改进设计,将原系统中管路防爆阀改为液控单向阀,并增加独立控制回路,排除了该机因设计缺陷而可能产生的安全隐患。
