拧紧分片式多路换向阀双头螺拴时阀体内孔会产生变形,这种变形不仅影响了孔的精度,而且有可能卡住阀杆。为了解决这一问题,常用的方法是阀体拼装后珩磨或手工研磨内孔。不管是珩磨还是手工研磨,沉积在阀体内腔的磨粒是很难清洗干净的,而且不便于实行干装配,本工艺针对上述不足进行试验,利用预变形让阀体内孔在模拟装配状态下进行研孔,结果取得了较好的效果。以武陵牌8吨汽车吊主操纵阀(图1)为例,介绍预变形在阀体孔内孔精加工中的具体应用,内孔主要参数为:直径φ25~(+0.052),
