福建柏12个地理种源4年生幼林期树高、地径存在极显著差异。多年相关性检验结果表明,4年生种源林生长性状与2年生、3年生种源林生长性状均高度相关,相关系数呈增大的趋势,树高和地径与3年生相关系数分别达0.940、0.843,说明早期选择具有一定的可行性。初步选择出3个优良种源,树高和地径遗传增益分别为1.54%～2.12%、4.70%～9.28%。
Fourteen provenances of Fokienia hodginsii were significantly different in 4-year-old young stands. The results of multi-year correlation test showed that the growth characteristics of 4-year-old provenance forests were highly correlated with the growth characteristics of 2-year-old and 3-year-old provenance forests, and the correlation coefficients showed an increasing tendency. The correlation coefficients between tree height, , 0.843, indicating that the early selection has a certain feasibility. Three good provenances were selected initially. The genetic gains of tree height and diameter were 1.54% -2.12% and 4.70% -9.28% respectively.
