目的探讨慢性肾功能不全(CRF)患者不同时期血清酶变化及其临床意义。方法将2012年1月至2013年12月160例CRF患者根据肾功能不同分为4期,分别检测血清酶,包括谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH),均与25例健康对照组进行比较。结果 (1)ALP、CK、LDH、HBDH水平随着肾功能不全程度的加重逐渐升高(P均<0.05)。(2)ALP、LDH水平CRF各组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);AST、ALP、CK、LDH及HBDH水平,CRF组间比较部分有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)ALT、CK-MB水平各组间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CRF患者部分血清酶水平不同时期有不同变化,这些变化可能与CRF并发症有关,可间接反映肾功能恶化的程度。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum enzymes in patients with chronic renal insufficiency (CRF) at different stages and its clinical significance. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with CRF from January 2012 to December 2013 were divided into four groups according to their renal function. Serum enzymes, including ALT, AST, ALP, , CK, CK-MB, LDH and HBDH were compared with 25 healthy controls. Results (1) The levels of ALP, CK, LDH and HBDH increased with the severity of renal insufficiency (all P <0.05). (2) The levels of CRP in ALP and LDH groups were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05); the levels of AST, ALP, CK, LDH and HBDH in CRF group were statistically significant (P <0.05 ). (3) The levels of ALT and CK-MB in each group were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Some serum levels of CRF in patients with different levels of serum enzymes have different changes, these changes may be related to CRF complications may indirectly reflect the extent of renal dysfunction.
