“3·15”是一年一度的消费者权益保护日。这一天,中央电视台举办了大型晚会,深入揭露行业黑幕,进行权威发布。每到这时,全国人民都在关注消费者权益的保护事业。然而,消费者权益保护事业的发展不是一台晚会就能实现的,要贯彻到日常生活中的每一个角落。每年“3·15”来临,中国消费者权益保护法学研究会都要表彰上一年度维护消费者权益表现突出、具有典型意义的案(事)例,并向相关法院和组织机构颁奖。今年获奖的主要案例有:
