目的 了解和平地区使用磷酸萘酚喹控制疟疾的效果.为在全县推广该药提供科学依据。方法在疟防措施不变的前提下.仅在季节性抗疟控制传染源的用药上.换用磷酸萘酚喹一天(次)疗法代替喹哌+伯喹+防Ⅱ两天疗法,即5月、8月的春、秋季抗疟.一律使用磷酸萘酚喹一天疗程.从首次服药的第七天起.由卫生院防疫组人员和村医,每隔七天到各村进行巡诊.发现“四热”病人及时采血送检.询问服药后的反映情况,并每月通过村医例会.掌握疫情。结果据疫情报告统计,1999年全年“四热”血检阳性率与1998年同比下降37.90%,发病率同比下降53.52%.2000年1—6月与1999年同比再下降45.45%.其中本地病例下降85.2%,发病村数由16个减少至3个.减少81.25%,且无明显副反应.提示磷酸萘酚喹用于高疟区控制疟疾流行效果好。
