国家和我省《中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》(以下简称《教育规划纲要》)发布以来,省教育厅按照《教育规划纲要》要求,积极开展社区教育,加强各类学习型组织建设,大力开展农村实用技术培训,努力推动以岗位技能培训和继续教育为主的职工教育,规范成人继续教育行为,推进全民终身学习,为基本形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会奠定了基础。
