水管单位是管理我国环境以及制定水利相关标准的基层单位,在社会的发展中具有举足轻重的地位。当前我国水管单位发展中,存在的主要问题是思想政治工作落实不到位,致使干部职工的工作积极性不高,这样严重影响到我国水务事业的可持续发展。要想从根本上解决这一问题,就要对思政工作具有充分的认识,明确其核心是对人的管理,以人为本,激发活力,这样才能将我国的水管单位的发展带入到新的阶段。
Waterworks units are grassroots units that manage the environment of our country and formulate water-related standards and play an important role in the development of society. At present, the main problem in the development of China’s water pipe unit is that the implementation of ideological and political work is not in place. As a result, the enthusiasm of cadres and workers is not high, thus seriously affecting the sustainable development of China’s water affairs.
