本文拟定了一种采用金属块样直接摄谱测定高温合金中微量 Zr 的方法。摄谱仪为苏制ИСП-51大型摄谱仪,光源为ДΓ-2交流电弧发生器(12安培)。分析线为 ZrⅠ4081.215,对一种合金按分析线的绝对强度来进行测定;对另一种合金可造比较线 M_oⅠ4081.438,而按分析线对黑度差来进行测定。测定 Zr 的含量范围0.02~0.1%,单次测定的相对偏差为15%(不用比较线时)或10%(用比较线时)。在选择分析条件时应用了数理统计中的 F 检验法和轮廓椭圆。
In this paper, a method for determination of trace Zr in superalloy by direct mass spectrometry was developed. Spectrograph for the Soviet system ИСП-51 spectrograph, light source for the ДΓ-2 AC arc generator (12 amps). Analysis of the line ZrI4081.215, an alloy by analysis of the absolute strength of the line to be measured; for another alloy can be made to compare the line M_o I 4081.438, according to the analysis of the black line to determine the difference. The content of Zr was determined to range from 0.02 to 0.1% with a relative deviation of 15% (without comparison lines) or 10% (with comparison lines) for a single measurement. F-test and contour ellipse in mathematical statistics were applied when selecting the analysis conditions.
