在建立有中国特色的现代企业制度中如何坚持党管干部的原则,是当前迫切需要解答的课题。我们企业自1987年组建新的党委领导班子以来,以人为本,以生产经营为中心,狠抓领导班子建设,坚持党管干部原则,有效地发挥企业党组织的政治核心作用和党员干部的模范带头作用,有效地促进了企业大跨度、跳跃式发展,经济效益多年在全国同行600多家中名列前茅,跻身中国100家最大交通运输设备制造企业行列,成为十堰市地方汽车工业的领头雁。企业和企业党委连续多年被授予省、市“文明单位标兵”和“先进党组织”。在实践中,企业坚持党管干部,充分显示了其在驾驭全局能力上的整体优越性和客观必然性。
