目的探讨白内障超声乳化术后囊袋阻滞综合征(CapsularBlockSynrome)的发生情况与连续环形撕囊的关系。方法采用回顾性分析方法对我院自2002.1-2005.5施行白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入术1066眼术后发生囊袋阴滞综合征3例,发现环形撕囊口直径均小于5mm。结果3例患者经掺钕钇铝石榴石Nd:YAG激光治疗后均恢复较好视力。结论囊袋阻滞综合征的发生与环形撕囊口直径小等因素有关。YAG激光治疗有效。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the occurrence of capsular suture block (Capsular Block Syncrome) and continuous circumferential capsulorhexis after phacoemulsification. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2002.1-2005.5 cataract phacoemulsification + intraocular lens implantation in 1066 cases of pouch vaginitis syndrome occurred in 3 cases and found that the diameter of the annular capsulorhexis were less than 5mm. Results All 3 patients recovered better visual acuity after Nd: YAG laser treatment. Conclusions The occurrence of capsular block syndrome is related to the small diameter of the circular capsulorhexisis and other factors. YAG laser treatment effective.
