身为国有企业的副总,他在关注生产经营和经济发展的同时,情注国防,营造了企业国防建设良好环境。他就是河北省承德钢铁集团有限公司常务副总经理魏洪如。自分管武装工作以来,他把自己浓厚的国防情结深深地根植在这片钢城热土上,认真履行职责,身体力行投入到国防建设中,使公司武装工作取得了可喜成绩。承钢先后被北京军区、河北省委、省政府、省军区评为先进单位。魏洪如本人也被承德军分区、双滦区人武部评为“关心支持国防建设好领导”、“党管武装工作好领导”。
