为了探究轴承内部腐蚀缺陷,利用轴承旋转机械摩擦生热这一特点开展研究,分析轴承在特定条件下的温度场变化;采用红外热像技术进行温度捕捉对比实验,获取轴承温度场信息。通过对比实验,能够捕获检测轴承温度场相对于理论标定温度场的温度异常区域,从而得到轴承内沟道腐蚀缺陷的位置。分析、验证结果证实了轴承沟道腐蚀缺陷温度场研究的可行性。
In order to explore the internal corrosion defects in the bearing, the bearing is used to study the characteristics of the frictional heat generated by rotating machinery. The temperature field of the bearing is analyzed under certain conditions. The temperature contrast experiment is carried out by infrared thermal imaging technology to get the bearing temperature field information. Through comparative experiments, it is possible to capture the temperature anomaly region of the bearing temperature field relative to the theoretically calibrated temperature field, thereby obtaining the position of the channel corrosion defect in the bearing. The results of analysis and verification confirm the feasibility of studying the temperature field of bearing channel corrosion defects.
