碳饱和度A=C_S/C_P。C_S—钢中碳含量;C_P—碳参量,它正比于碳化物形成元素含量,由G.Steven式确定。本文确定了在碳饱和度(A)—淬火温度(T淬)—二次硬度(HRC回)三者之间的关系,从而证明,①用A作为成份参数来判别钢的二次硬化能力是可行的,②A值还可用于对具体成份(炉号)为达到某硬度选择合适的淬火温度。还根据上述原则研究了几种合金元素对W12、Mo3、Cr4、V3钢系二次硬化性能的影响,并讨论了高速钢中常用元素的互换性问题。
Carbon saturation A = C_S / C_P. C_S-steel carbon content; C_P-carbon parameter, which is proportional to the carbide forming element content, determined by G.Steven. The effects of several alloying elements on the secondary hardening properties of W12, Mo3, Cr4 and V3 steel were also studied based on the above principles. The interchangeability of common elements in high speed steel was also discussed.
