恶性淋巴瘤占恶性肿瘤发病率的第11位,而何杰金氏病又好发于青壮年。本院内科自1975年6月—1983年4月末收治的何杰金氏病共计81例,治疗前均经病理学证实。随访五年以上者60例,随访率为74.1％。现将81例进行临床分析。
Malignant lymphoma accounts for 11th of the incidence of malignant tumors, and Hodgkin’s disease occurs again in young adults. A total of 81 patients with Hodgkin’s disease admitted to the department of internal medicine in our hospital from June 1975 to the end of April 1983 have been confirmed by pathology before treatment. 60 cases were followed up for more than five years, and the follow-up rate was 74.1%. 81 cases are now undergoing clinical analysis.
