笔者用鼻粘膜划切法对因鼻腔粘膜干燥或轻度糜烂所致的Little 氏区血管扩张破裂反复出血10例进行治疗,效果良好,特介绍如下。方法:术前剪去患侧鼻毛,用无菌生理盐水冲洗鼻腔一次,清除鼻腔脓性分泌物,用洁尔灭液消毒鼻前庭皮肤,用1%麻黄素溶液和用1%地卡因溶液浸湿棉片贴于患侧鼻中隔粘膜血管扩张部位,3次各5分钟后取除棉片。在前鼻镜窥视下,用手术尖刀片纵行切割Little 氏区粘膜2～3条(不要剥离粘膜,切
