研究了Cu_(2+)-IDA-PEG20000的合成方法及超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)在含有金属配基(Cu_(2+)-IDA-PEG20000)的PEG4000/Na_2SO_4双水相体系中分配系数模型.通过降低反应温度和分批加入SOCL_2可使PEG20000转化为PEG20000-Cl_2的转化率提高到98%.提出的金属亲和分配系数模型可用于关联和预测SOD在含有CU_(2+)-IDA-PEG20000的PEG4000/Na_2SO_4体系中的分配特性,实验值和预测值之间的相对误差<10%.
The synthesis of Cu 2 + - IDA-PEG 20000 and the distribution of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in PEG 4000 / Na 2 SO 4 aqueous two-phase system containing Cu (2 +) - IDA- Coefficient model. The conversion of PEG20000 to PEG20000-Cl2 was increased to 98% by lowering the reaction temperature and adding SOCL2 in portions. The proposed metal affinity partition coefficient model can be used to correlate and predict the distribution of SOD in PEG4000 / Na_2SO_4 system containing CU_ (2 +) - IDA-PEG20000. The relative error between the experimental and predicted values is less than 10%.
