钢管自密实混凝土很好地将自密实混凝土优异的施工性能应用到钢管混凝土中,有利于解决钢管混凝土中灌注工艺和振捣工艺的施工难点。本文根据具体工程要求,利用地方材料配制出C60钢管自密实混凝土并应用于超高层建筑中,工程使用情况良好。由于现有混凝土限制膨胀率的检测与实体差别较大,本文采用小钢桶模拟实体检测钢管自密实混凝土的自收缩,较好地反映了实体中混凝土的自收缩情况,且通过小钢桶拆开观察可以侧面反映混凝土与钢管壁的黏接情况。
Steel self-compacting concrete well applies the excellent construction performance of self-compacting concrete to the concrete filled with steel pipe, which is good for solving the construction difficulties of filling technology and vibrating technology in concrete filled steel tubular. In this paper, according to the requirements of specific projects, the use of local materials to formulate C60 steel self-compacting concrete and applied to super high-rise buildings, the project is in good condition. Due to the large difference between the detection and the physical difference of the existing concrete, the self-shrinking of concrete self-compacting concrete with a small steel barrel is measured in this paper, which reflects the self-shrinkage of the concrete well, Open observation can reflect the side of concrete and steel pipe adhesion.
