由于中职院校的教学目标与普通中小学存在较大差异,中职院校在开展教学上较为注重专业学科教学,并将教学改革重点放于学科教学上,从而导致中职院校文化基础课程教学改革比较滞后。中职对口高考班的数学学科一直是中职教育难以跨越的坎坡,也是中职对口高考班的教学难点,导致这一现象的主要因素不仅是因为中职院校的教学目标不同所致,还有教师教学方式的错误所致。对此,为了改变中职对口高考班的数学教学现状,教师应改变传统教学方式,明确班级学生数学成绩的差异所在,采取“南风效应”逐步提高后进生的数学成绩,使中职对口高考班后进生能够有更美好的发展道路。
