刑事案件现场勘查工作是刑侦工作的基础和源头,勘查主体是现场勘查工作的核心,因此,对勘查主体制度的分析与评判有助于提高勘查质量,进而推动刑侦工作。本文从我国现场勘查主体制度的含义入手,明确制度对工作的保障性作用,然后分析我国现场勘查主体在制度方面存在的问题,最后,对建立和完善勘查的主体制度提出设想。
The investigation of criminal cases is the foundation and source of the criminal investigation work. The main body of exploration is the core of on-the-spot exploration work. Therefore, the analysis and evaluation of the system of investigation main body helps to improve the quality of exploration and further the work of criminal investigation. This article begins with the meaning of the main body system of on-the-spot survey in our country, clarifies the safeguarding function of the system on the work, then analyzes the existing problems in the field of the survey body in our country and finally puts forward some tentative ideas to the establishment and improvement of the main body system.
