本文对磨削液不同、磨削用量与加工材料不同的磨削表面的形貌用扫描电镜(SEM)进行了考察,结果表明,干磨时因金属产生高温呈熔融状而有涂抹在磨削表面的现象,材料塑性愈大则愈严重;磨削液的润滑性、浸润性差时,磨削表面残留的切削沟痕较宽,沟槽两侧因金属产生侧流而隆起。反之,切削沟痕清晰、细密;使用冷却性好的磨削液时,很容易使烧伤表面产生裂纹;重负荷磨削时,磨削表面的切削沟痕普遍比一般磨削时的要宽,沟痕两旁隆起要高,随磨削液润滑性能的提高,其程度有所减轻。
