目前,我国一些地区存在着一种现象:一方面,大量的大中专毕业生分配不出去、就业难,另一方面,一些地区、部门人才不足,尤其是用人数量较多的中小型企业和条件艰苦的地区、部门,很难引进、也很难留住人才。然而,石家庄清华液晶材料厂,这个石家庄市郊区西三庄村的一个村办联营企业,却成功地留住了人才。全厂160名职工中,大中专毕业生就有49名,他们中有研究生6名,本科生36名,大部分毕业于北京大学、清华大学、南开大学、华东理工大学、南京大学等著名的高校,许多人曾就职于令人羡慕的大单位、大企业。
