采用职业卫生现场调查法、检验检测法、职业健康检查法和检查表法识别和分析某光学设备建设项目存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度,评价相应的防护措施效果。该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素经检测基本符合职业卫生标准要求,其生产工艺、设备布局合理,职业卫生防护措施和应急救援措施切实可行,防护效果达到国家标准要求。
Occupational health field investigation, inspection and test, occupational health examination and checklist method were used to identify and analyze the occupational hazards and hazards of an optical equipment construction project and to evaluate the effects of the corresponding protective measures. The major occupational hazards that exist in the project have been tested in line with the requirements of occupational health standards, and their production technology and equipment layout are reasonable. The occupational health protection measures and emergency rescue measures are feasible and the protective effect meets the requirements of the national standards.
