赛风不正是近年来困扰我国竞技体育发展,影响体育自身良好社会形象的一个十分尖锐的问题。当前,在全党加强社会主义精神文明建设的宏观要求下,端正赛风要抓住思想道德建设这个具有本质意义的关键。 赛风不正的表现形式主要在于:身份和资格的“异化现象”,“兴奋剂问题”有禁不止,裁判员执法的“黑色现象”。 端正赛风要深入广泛地进行体育职业道德教育,并且把职业道德教育与社会公德、社会主义道德和体育道德教育有机结合起来进行,在广泛的思想道德教育的基础上,抓住机构道德和官德建设这个重中之重。同时加强法制建设,在建立和完善教育、管理和监督机制上狠下功夫,促进赛风的进一步好转乃至根本好转是指日可待的。
