2009年6月1日,《中华人民共和国食品安全法》颁布实施以来,对危害食品安全违法犯罪活动,始终保持高压态势,已成为各级司法机关和行政执法部门的重要任务。2010年8月,福州局根据国家质检总局和福建局的部署及要求,严格依法开展进口食品的检验检疫工作,先后查处了多起涉嫌进口食品违法案件,通过对所查办案件的总结,提高了依法把关的能力和水平,为今后更有力、有效地打击此类违法行为提供了可靠保障。
